We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days; during peak seasons such as Christmas dispatch times may. All orders are sent on a fully trackable service, you will find your tracking number on your dispatch email! (be sure to check your junk if you can't find an email) We kindly ask you allow an extra few days on top of the estimated arrival time, Royal Mail aim to deliver to all addresses we have mail for, six days a week. As all of our products are personalised we do not accept refunds or exchanges however if you believe your item has been damaged please contact us within 10 working days of your item arriving. Please provide photos of your item & packaging. Occasionally mistakes and human error happens, if your item arrives incorrect please contact us with photo's and we will resolve the mistake as quickly as we can!
